Every time we've eaten here the food is great.
My favorite Thai restaurant in the area, always delicious!
Great for takeout!
Used to provide better portions, and more consistent flavours. Nowadays, it’s a toss up as to whether it’s gonna be seasoned well when you order.
The inside is a mess, don’t recommend eating in. Takeout is the only way! Well, when you can get through to them! On a busy day, that phone rings, with no one on the other line. Like something out of a horror movie!
That being said, still very good food when it’s not too...read full review

Thai Sweet Basil is a small and intimate restaurant tucked away in a strip mall in Andover, Massachusetts. The dishes are marked with a pepper symbol for heat levels, and adjustments can be made upon request. The Pad see you had overcooked noodles and small portions, though some say portions are bigger now. The restaurant has close tables and may be challenging for wheelchair accessibility. Although the service can be lacking at times, with wait staff not checking in, some find it very good, with fresh ingredients and flexibility with seasoning. Regulars recommend the Rangoon and spring rolls for a quick and delicious meal on the go. While some find the flavors mild, others call it a local gem with absolutely delicious food, especially enjoying the Ground Chicken Ka Prow and yellow chicken curry. There appears to be a change in staff, but the food remains consistent. However, online orders sometimes have issues, like missing items or rude service.
