Carissa is the GOAT!
Poor service. No one acknowledges you at the counter. I order from the kiosk, 11 minute later someone walk out from behind the counter with it.
The ticket taped to the bag indicates it was ready 4 minute after I ordered but apparently sat there waiting for someone to do their job.
