Share your opinion about McDonald's
Although they advertise the lobby is open until 1 AM during the week (this is posted in the window) when I visited on a Thursday, the doors were closed and locked before midnight. On my previous visit, they were unable to take an order for a hamburger. The woman at the counter told me it’s not on the menu. When I ordered a quarter pounder without cheese instead, I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes and my order contained someone else’s cheeseburger.
They simply dumped the oreo crumbs on soft serve and considered that a McFlurry. They did not stir it at all.
Food was great service was slower than I have ever dealt with. Took us almost 30 minutes to get our food 😬. Staff was friendly and working as fast as possible but it seems miss managed and understaffed. Also very awkward set up for a McDonald's. It's pretty small for how busy of an area.
