Like others said, price to portion ratio isnt that great. Food is delicious tho. My burger was $20 and the potato edges amount wasn’t pleasing.
This place I came in with high expectations for an Italian restaurant, I thought their pasta would be delicious, although it wasn’t what I had expected. I didn’t get pasta but I got the grilled chicken blt. The onion rings on the side were a bit cold and the chicken tasted like it was heated up in the microwave. I’ve had a lot of heat up meals and tv dinners, that’s definitely what it tastes like to me. My sister got penne Alfredo pasta I took a bite of...read full review
We are incredibly grateful to everyone at the restaurant for making our bereavement lunch after my dad's service so special. During such a difficult time, the staff was kind, attentive, and compassionate, making sure everything ran smoothly so our family could simply be together.

The Chateau Restaurant Andover offers a blend of Italian-American cuisine, though it has received mixed reviews. Some customers feel the food can be basic and disappointing, with mentions of dry Fettuccine Alfredo and unremarkable meatballs. However, the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo meal deal is praised for its delicious flavor, and the Chicken Broccoli Penne with garlic butter wine sauce is a favorite for many. The pizza has also been noted as good. The service varies, with some describing it as good and attentive while others find it curt. The atmosphere of the restaurant is considered dated and dark, appealing more to seniors. A few customers have questioned the restaurant's French name, "chateau," suggesting it might be better named with an Italian term like "villa" or "casa." A regular customer expressed disappointment about their seating arrangement for the fourth time, while also praising the waitress, food, and keno. Overall, the restaurant is known for great food, particularly the bread, clam sauce with linguine, Chicken Parm, and Cheese Ravioli, while the Cup of Mud is a hit with kids. The staff is described as attentive and caring, contributing to the overall experience.
