Great place that new owners would very likely thrive in however the waitstaff and cooks need some real help... Waitress identified an italian dish as being 'indian'.. the reason for the review first, we had to resort to our fourth option on the menu because they were out of the other things we tried to get. Also we got chicken wings brought to the table as an appetizer with a meal . My father tried them first. He spit it out through the bone down so it was cold. I tried one. Was the same. Asked them to take it back and send me home with a fresh order. Apparently though if you don't actually ask for new food, it's their standard to just recook project in that had been bitten into and the package it up and send it home with you NASTY PRACTICE! Such high hopes crushed by the owner or managers response to my concerns, was told i asked ot to be re+made,,, NOT a new order....???? Thanks ??

A pub? Not even close. This is a very small restaurant. The "bar" sits 4 people, and the liquor selection is very limited. The service was very slow. And what well run bar runs out of regular coke and only serves diet coke?

Lovely dining experience. Our server was amazing and the charcuterie board was perfect. Love that we have an awesome place right in town.

We’ve been semi regulars with the pub for a while with mainly take out once in a while!Having some hit or misses along the way, mostly a few over the last few years, but we’ve been so satisfied and increasingly impressed with the food lately! We do all take out which I always feel is a true hit or miss anyplace.Lately our favorite, the pesto margarita pizza with chicken, a delicious pesto base and tomatoes and basil. It’s the best mix of flavor. The best pizza might husband and I have truly ever had! As well as the bruschetta which has a bit of cheese, delicious balsamic reduction and “salsa” on top. My apologies I’m unsure what the topping is called. It’s a wonderful spot and I hope this review helps bring in some new folks to enjoy that pizza we had!

The atmosphere was nice and the waitress was friendly. The food was blah and overpriced especially given the small portions. The food was not home made. It either came from a can or frozen. Some of the other reviews rave about the pizza. That looked good at other tables, but we ordered entrees and desserts which were not very well made. We felt disappointed.

For the night we went I’d have to give it one star. There were three of us, no one else was in the dining room when we got there, maybe two tables outside. Everyone was very nice but the service was terrible, the servers would just disappear, and it took forever to order, & when the food did come one of our dishes was supposed to be brisket, it was cold and dried out along & the string beans were cold and flavorless, the mashed potatoes were the only warm good thing. The chicken cacciatore was swimming in way too much sauce and were never offered the pasta or rice like on the menu, just served with rice. The meatballs were just OK.The Bahama Mama’s were good. When asked about our meals we told the server about the brisket, said it wasn’t edible except for the mashed potatoes, they did apologize but only offered to take half off the price, so the mashed potatoes ended up costing $10 !!!!!!!! Not sure if we will try again?

Such a sweet little spot, and it's kinda creepy too which I like lots of history to this place, and they have yummy pizza joint snacks.I loved the fireplace in there. The host was super kind to us.

If you could give a place a zero this was the place. Went in at 530 ordered nachos for an appetizer came on a pan for a toaster oven burnt stuck to the pan. So 1 flaw ok give them a chance 2 hours later waiting on pizza and chili the waitress comes over and says oh she forgot to unfreeze the chili… and we ran out of pizza dough… omg should be shut down

For being a pub in a small little town. The atmosphere and the food was AMAZING!!!! if I could give more than 5 stars for atmosphere I would. We got an burcetta, cumbo, the beef brisket and the berry tart

When else will you have the opportunity to dine and drink in a tavern/carriage house built in 1793! Once an overnight stagecoach stop between Dover and Canada you'll receive a lesson in history in an emersive environment while eating delicious food. Very highly recommended!

Went for dinner cute rustic house appearance then… worst restaurant ever. Nachos came out in a toaster oven pan burnt disgusting that was after an hour wait. Then an hour later the waitress comes over an hour later to say they forgot to unfreeze the chili and ran out of pizza dough. What a disgrace don’t waste your time or money on a dump like this. When we spoke up and said we were leaving the waitress said not before u pay the bill and we said what food close this place down!!!

Ordered 2 pizzas to go. Told would be ready in 25 minutes. Went to pick up and waited another 25 minutes before they were ready. Pizza was under cooked. Breshetta was got was great but expensive for 5 pieces. Way overwhelmed in kitchen. Expected better for what was being charged.
