Dunkin'

Been here twice. Last time I got 2 iced chai lattes and I got regular iced lattes. When I called to ask what happened they acted like I was wrong and there's no way my tea tastes like coffee. Of course I couldn't go back before they closed cause I was on my way out of town. Worst dunkins EVER!

Takes 5 min at 6am for one of the 3 ppl working every morning about to stop coming to this one they make u wait longer than

If I could give it no stars I would. The help is rude and not even helpful. I have not had one good experience at this location. Won't be going anymore.

Was in the drive-thru behind someone, after a few minutes they sped off. I get to the window and the woman said it would just be a second she was busy with her schedule? After 5 minutes I also left. Don’t waste your time going to this location, much better service at the Mast Rd location

Don’t go here unless you plan on waiting a long time (20+ mins)

After being at the counter for 15 minutes and the cashier taking over a dozen orders at the drive through, when I was told it may be a minute before she could take my order, I asked if she was still planning to take my order, she said I have to take drive through first…. UNTIL THERE ARE NO CARS??? Three other customers came in and left after being ignored at around 5 orders 8 orders and 12 orders! Great job at discouraging return customers.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state. I stood in line for five minutes didn’t get any service and left. I would recommend going down the road to Bedford.

I have no idea who the franchise owner of this dunkins is but they need to get it together. This is the most disorganized dunkins around and definitely the worst dunkins around.Maybe the franchise owner should start working 30+ hours a week here or just give up his failing franchise.

Web site says the hours to open are 4am.. stopped on Saturday 9/24..4:15am…no one even in the store…stopped again 9/26 4am.. all lights off .. I go inside at 4:10am..2 employees all lights off and was told they are not open yet”we are new” really need to get better employees at this store..this has happened in the past many times.. late opening or no shows.. very slow or poor service… 30+ yr Dunkin’ drinker…DO BETTER!!

This place is hit or miss sad went from good crew to nothing cause the dm is rude unprofessionly an not properly trained

This is the worst Dunkin’s in NH they can’t any order right it’s like they can’t read. I thought doing online orders would make it easier for them but omg it made it worse just read the slip. They get my coffee wrong my donuts wrong. Like it’s on the slip not. going here anymore.

This place is absolute trash no matter who manages it. I've now seen 3 managers go in and out of here and still can't get my order correct... I've asked for a signature latte salted caramel six times now in the last 3 weeks and every time I get a latte with whole milk or an ice coffee and no caramel and no whipped cream.... I'd understand if they were at least busy but each time I go the drive-thru is empty and there's maybe a customer on the insideso what is the issue?
