About Magoo's Drive-In

Magoo's Drive-In is a small, old-school take-out restaurant known for its fresh and delicious food. The owner takes pride in every dish, ensuring that customers can specify their orders for a personalized dining experience. While not a fancy establishment, the food speaks for itself. The fish and chips are particularly praised, hailed as the best in New Hampshire. The fish is flaky, hot, and delicious, accompanied by tasty fries and homemade coleslaw. Portions are generous, with many customers noting that meals often provide leftovers for later. Affordable prices make it an excellent value. The fisherman platter, featuring 2 lbs of fried fish, shrimp, scallops, and whole-belly fried clams, is a highlight, and it reheats well in an air fryer. Don't forget to try their delicious chicken tenders and the ice cream, which adds a kid-friendly touch. With 6 or more parking spots available, Magoo's Drive-In offers a convenient and enjoyable dining experience, perfect for tourists and locals alike. It is important to note that the restaurant is strictly take-out or picnic table dining and is closed on Tuesdays while the owner sources fresh seafood from Boston piers.

I’ve driven by this place for the last 14 years. Finally stopped the other day for a chicken finger platter and boy am I kicking myself in the behind for not coming here all these years. The best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be going back more frequently for the other items on the menu.
I have driven by this place for years, usually on a Tuesday, but today we stopped. Ordered side of WB clams, sides of haddock and fish chowder. Owner is very good at his craft. Picture a Greek Hagrid. Food was delish. Clams tasty and tender. Chowder lived up. He even provides the good rugged napkins. My kid said the ice cream was the best she ever had! Next time it's the fisherman's platter. Love the basilico plants. Nice touch!
While there is no place to eat inside Magoo's there is ample outside seating at picnic tables with umbrellas over them. The proprietor, kostas, is a gem and is passionate about his food! I would highly recommend bet you try out Magoo's!!
