We were married here 06/05/21 and have been several times since and always enjoy ourselves.

Five of us went for dinner. Two of us ordered the salmon that came out cold and the vegetables were not cooked. Someone ordered half the chicken the brussels sprouts were as hard as a rock and tasteless. One person ordered the scallops One side was burnt. The other side was barely cooked. We waited so long for our food that they came over annd offered us a complementary dessert.
We were one of three parties in the restaurant so it wasn’t very busy. We will not be going back.

Really a 1.5 because, the food was mid and the service was very bad because we got there and ordered and it took 1 hour for us to get our food when there was us and one other person. Then after that they told us they were in a shift change, so they basically lied to us. The ambiance was amazing with a great view of MT. Washington.

What a lovely place for a fall dinner. The view of leaves in peak was gorgeous, worthy of afternoon prosecco. The staff friendly, relaxed. The food was well prepared and well priced. The chorizo chili was a delightful surprise with a little heat. The cauliflower tacos plentiful but we're missing some salsa aka heat. Nonetheless, enjoyable as they could be a vegetarian entree. We were so full that two of us shared a well delicious half chicken with plentiful potatoes and lovely fried brussel sprouts. Dinner was a hit!

Never got the chance to try any of the food because we waited for over 30 mins for the waiter to not take our food order. We paid for the drinks and left. It does have a beautiful view of Mt Washington with an outdoor fireplace. I would recommend just getting drinks and eating somewhere with more food options at a wayyy better price. I have a feeling the food is not going to be worth the price. Buttt I can't say that for sure as we never got to try the food.

What a disappointment!
We ate at the restaurant 3 times and our dishes (apart from the burger) were overcooked and not seasoned and therefore tasteless!

The food here at The Notch / The Glen House was absolutely amazing. I would definitely say out of the restaurants we tried it was the very best. Nancy was a great bartender! Enjoyed our stay and the restaurant!

Great last minute (before back to school) couple of days with my family. Rode about 16 miles of the trails on our bikes(appreciated the gear locker), walked another 4-5. Ate breakfast twice and dinner. The Glenn house has everything you need and nothing you don’t. The convenience of not having to leave the property to recreate if you don’t want to is HUGE. I’m looking forward to coming back in winter. The trail system is absolutely fantastic, and as someone who lives next door to a world-class trail system I was really
Impressed. There is some challenging single track if you go looking for it, and easier carriage roads for family. Really great time. Walls are thicker than most hotels, but at certain times (price points) expect some variation in behavior (loudness of others). I decided not to let that affect my review or my experience. We will be back. Thank You!

My husband and I both ordered Seared Salmon for dinner, the food is very bland, not much taste, almost like there’s no cooking involved for the salmon and squash is raw. I didn’t like the dish at all. But the view is great!

Food tastes great, service was very friendly and the drinks were good. Great spot to sit outside and look at the mountain! We did not sleep here, but our friends did. Also looked like a very nice hotel to me!

We live locally and decided to try the restaurant for our first anniversary. We recently also just had our first baby so this was our first date night. We are very easy going but this whole experience was very disappointing. We were sat at 6:30 only to be told close to 7:30 there was an issue with the fish app we ordered so it would be a bit longer. We never did receive that app and our meals did not arrive until 8pm. They were ok but in a valley where there are many good locally owned restaurants I know of places where we could have had a better meal at the same or lesser price point. Our salad (the app we did receive) was comped it isn’t about the money to me but it seemed like given the experience a very menial offering. We did not mention to the server as she already seemed overwhelmed with the circumstances of the kitchen, but some of the precut veggies on the salad had begun to compost. Having grown up in the valley and worked in hospitality I am familiar with the stressors of the busy summer season and lack of help in the area. I hope this is just a fluke for them but it was an all around disappointing experience on what should have been a special evening.
