“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Farmers Table, and let me tell you, the food was nothing short of spectacular. The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to absolute perfection. The chicken sandwich? A masterpiece of flavor that had me questioning every other sandwich I've ever eaten. And those tater tots—crispy little nuggets of joy that made me feel like a kid again. But then... the onion rings. Oh, the onion rings. They were glorious—golden, crunchy, and with a sweetness that can only come from onions kissed by the culinary gods. But here’s the kicker: they only gave me four. Four onion rings! That’s not a side; that’s a tease. It was like being handed the keys to a Lamborghini and then told you could only drive it around the block once. My soul still weeps. So, while the food was top-notch, the onion ring portion left me in a state of existential despair. To the incredible owners and management, I want you to know how much I appreciate the amazing experience you’ve created. Your food is truly exceptional, and it’s clear you care deeply about quality. However, I must kindly ask that you address the onion ring situation. Those rings are too good to be rationed so sparingly—please, give us more of that crispy, golden goodness!”

“Combo plate is fit for a King , or Queen in my case with generous portions. The coleslaw was freshly made with a crisp texture and refreshing taste. The Texas beans had just enough brisket to let you know what you were missing if you didn't chose that as the meat option and a touch of heat from the jalapeño which even kicked the flavor up a notch. The best part was sopping up the juices of 4 different meat options (brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and spare rib) with a sweet cornbread... IT WAS YUMMY. and will be tomorrow also with a full take home tray. Thanks for the TUMMY LOVE”

“If you're in search of authentic Haitian and Jamaican cuisine, The Karibbean is a must-visit spot. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it was an experience worth sharing.

I ordered the Goat Curry, which was served with a side of rice and beans and their signature Karibbean slaw. The curry goat was flavorful and tender, truly a standout dish. The Karibbean slaw had a nice mild kick, which I enjoyed, but if you’re someone who isn’t keen on spicy food, I’d recommend letting them know when you order. For those who love a bit of heat, it’s perfect.

For my sides, I had the fried plantains and veggie patties. Both were delicious and well-prepared, complementing the main dish wonderfully. To wash it all down, I opted for mango juice, which was refreshing and sweet, exactly what I needed to balance the spices in the meal.

Dessert was the Haitian brittle, a coconut treat that was just the right amount of sweet to finish off the meal. Unfortunately, I was too full to try it right away and had to save it for later, along with the veggie patties. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth.

The ambiance at The Karibbean is warm and inviting, with a vibrant Caribbean feel that makes you want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly, adding to the overall experience.

I had the chance to chat with the chef, a wonderful Haitian gentleman, and it was a highlight for me. Anytime I get to speak French, I’m thrilled, and it was a pleasure to hear about his passion for bringing authentic Caribbean flavors to the community.

Overall, The Karibbean is a gem for anyone looking to explore Caribbean cuisine. Whether you’re there for the food, the ambiance, or the friendly service, you won’t be disappointed. Just be prepared to leave with leftovers!”

The food was incredible, five star for sure! Peter and I are self proclaimed FOODIES. Peter loves to eat, and I love to cook and eat good food. This place was perfect for us! We had such a fun Sunday evening date tonight. The Steak Tips were phenomenal - so tender and amazing flavor. The Fish Tacos were the best I have ever had! Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese frosting - wow! So moist and good! We will definitely be going back to Kitchen56NH soon. What a wonderful addition to Enfield! I HIGHLY recommend trying this restaurant!
