Bistro Nouveau has closed permanently as of March, 2020. A new restaurant is planned at Eastman. Hard to say what will actually transpire in late March, 2020.

I have never ever experienced worst service in my entire life! All I needed is burger to go and quick drink! I ended up looking at super duper most horrible service in my life! Guy asked for certain drink and bartender said that she is not running stock list at that place. This guy did nothing wrong! Manager was there in she was laughing on all that. This was first time in my life that I did not leave tip behind! Such a unique place such a bad service! I deserve an apology!

Very good food. One of the few places where the spicy item's are actually spicy.
SLOW service, food was prepared incorrectly. How do you forget to put cheese on a kids cheeseburger? Gone many times but last several times have been very bad. One night waited for dinner over 1.5 hours and daughters steak was shoe leather. My granddaughter tried to be patient. Bill was $120. For 3 adults one child. BTW the waitress was embarrassed because it was taking so long so the manager finally served us. All she said was she was sorry. I have heard other people also complain about the restaurant. No more chances, pretty bad when you live there and can't eat at the restaurant
