Disappointing we had the 2 for $38 the salad was good but the shrimp and pasta had no taste I don't think they added any seasoning. I had cheesecake because I was still hungry it was very good.
Nice restaurant located in the Center of Eastman. Varied menu, music available periodically and pleasant servers. Comfortable bar with tables or a more formal dining room. Food is consistently good and fairly priced.
My wife and I have been going over to the Bistro on a frequent basis since we first moved into Eastman in Dec of 2009. The food has always been excellent in most cases. The service sometimes lacks focus when busy and that can be attributed to the difficulty a rural restaurant has in maintaining appropriate staff levels. My largest complaint however is with the restaurant service hours. In most all resort locations in the state of NH food service is available up to 9-930pm
