I think the on the go app has ruined Dunkin donuts. Go in there and nobody in line, the one staff member is working on mobile orders and the person in store waiting to order ends up having to wait. Either ditch the app or get more staff.
I was in early yesterday. There was a young lady there by herself. She did an amazing job (like always) but she was literally the only one working. She was not daunted by the tasks or by what the day might have been, but rather smiled and said "I've got this." This morning she was accompanied by another associate. I asked how it went, she replied it went very well. I should also mention that, although I'm new to the area, she has already learned my order. Great...
Coffee unless served or prepped by the really professional barista whose name I regrettably don't know never tastes the same. How can the same order vary so. Go figure. Good most of the time. Thanks for morning boost.
