These recent reviews are 2/3 insane and 1/3 not talking to a manager or ownership. What is there to gain from leaving a terrible review without trying to rectify the problem while at the restaurant? They are in a new location & need time to adjust to the new clientele, equipment & being on a golf course. The staff cares & ownership is fantastic. As a local Id ask that you ignore unfounded reviews and complaints about other guests. Give small and local businesses a CHANCE!. If there is an issue(with all workforces and labor it is difficult to find good people., especially in restaurants) talk to someone. I'm so tired of good people and owners getting destroyed by reviews that don't ask for help while in restaurants. Goodnight and Godspeed

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Farmers Table, and let me tell you, the food was nothing short of spectacular. The chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to absolute perfection. The chicken sandwich? A masterpiece of flavor that had me questioning every other sandwich I've ever eaten. And those tater tots—crispy little nuggets of joy that made me feel like a kid again.
But then... the onion rings. Oh, the onion rings. They were glorious—golden, crunchy, and with a sweetness that can only come from onions kissed by the culinary gods. But here’s the kicker: they only gave me four. Four onion rings! That’s not a side; that’s a tease. It was like being handed the keys to a Lamborghini and then told you could only drive it around the block once. My soul still weeps. So, while the food was top-notch, the onion ring portion left me in a state of existential despair.
To the incredible owners and management, I want you to know how much I appreciate the amazing experience you’ve created. Your food is truly exceptional, and it’s clear you care deeply about quality. However, I must kindly ask that you address the onion ring situation. Those rings are too good to be rationed so sparingly—please, give us more of that crispy, golden goodness!

Indoor area was warm. 3 tables for seating. We waited for outside seating. 3 tables as well. We had Cheddar cheese stuffed jalapenos, ( nothing to write home about, )you can make them better at home in your air fryer. Fried pickles were pretty good. I had the Reuben sandwich, it was ok. (Salt hills is better),my friend had a caesar salad, the romaine was chopped , the dressing was already mixed in, looked wilted and soggy. (Don't recommend), (left most untouched) they should leave dressing on the side. Service was good, food not so much. Doubt we will go back.

I'm not sure how this placed earned 4.4 but it's one of the worse places to eat. My husband and I chose this place based on the reviews and website. It's also in a golf club so I expected it to be relatively good bar-ish type food. The service was terrible. We waited over an hour to get nachos and onion rings which wasn't bad food but nothing great. We had to ask multiple times to get a cup of water for our 3 year old. It was not busy at all. There were only two people at the bar eating and another 4 top that was ordering food after us. The 3 people ate the bar were talking it up and swearing with the bartender and our servicer and was about 10 feet away from our kid. We will never go to this place again and you shouldn't waste time or money on this place.

So very disappointed. I used to there all the time when it was in Grantham. This is the 2nd time I went in Newport, because the first time was bad and I wanted to give it another chance . It was just a reuben sandwich---it was cold, cheese wasn't melted, meat was sparse ----everything just- "dumped". Also----no pickle. Not worth it. I'll stick with the other local restaurants.

I got take out from Farmers table. So disappointed . Some of the items I add to my burger was missing, fries were under cooked. Burger was cold And other order cheese wasn’t even cooked and missing food. End up having trouble throwing most of the food out. Such waste of money.
Thank you so much for making our day more special. You opened early and welcomed us (20) for a nice breakfast and made a young girl's morning more memorable. Your service and flexibility was appreciated.

New England Outdoor Furnaces
We were in a few weeks ago when there was a snow storm early in the day. We ended up having the whole place to ourselves. Our waitress was excellent, the food was excellent, in the atmosphere was warm and cozy. Thanks for a positive experience!

We ordered take out, fish and chips, burger, fried pickles and some amazing lemon cake. Everything was amazing and my family is so excited to order again and try new things. My sister said the burger was cooked perfectly and I loved my fried fish.

Great food! Edit: they have now moved to Newport nh.... super inconvenient. Not even in the heart of newport.... it's out on the golf course.
