Staff needs better communication skills when there are promotional items. For instance, cookie dough frozen coffee comes with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and this staff at this location fails every time, management needs to do better here with dealing with their staff

Food- Made wrong. Even when specified verbally. Looked at me sideways when brought to their attention. Service- Didn't give my card back after paying. When asked if I could get my card back, they said they already did. They had to refer to camera footage to find out where they put it. Extremely careless service. Atmosphere- Bland and vacant of any customer service. Maturity and professionalism does not exist here.
Go here mid-day. Not mid-week morning.

Tired of getting wrong orders. They even get offended when you tell them it’s wrong.
The worst Dunkin ever. Don’t waste your time or money. If you order food expect your order to be never correct. Also always ask for a receipt because they tend to charge you and not put everything you paid for in the bag. Food is always cold. Every once in a while the coffee is okay.

Love the employees!! But today 12/12/24 I’m livid! I bought a coffee and a refresher that cost $7.90. I get home and they charged my card for $25 for someone else’s gift card. Then I was told I have to go back tomorrow when the manager is there and she’ll have to give me cash.
