“I don't give anyone 5 stars but this place was that good. The food was fresh and made while we waited, no microwave here. The bartender knew what she was doing and made fabulous drinks. The service was impeccable and the music in the background was so good you want to sing along which one of the waitresses would occasionally do. Fantastic experience, great food and drinks. Sorry we waited so long to try it.”

“Always amazing food, prices are market competitive, and we always see great people here. The staff are wonderful and so accommodating!Try the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit “with everything”, or truly anything else- you can’t go wrong! Lattes are 10/10 as well. They have great seasonal flavors and always quality ingredients for all their items.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options and you can customize your meal if neededDietary restrictions: A lot of accommodating options for most food restrictions. Just ask the staff and if it can be done, they’ll make it happen!Parking: About 10 spots directly outside with another 10-20 or so available for overflow across the road in two different areas. We’ve always found a spot during the week even when it’s busy.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly- they have high chairs and are happy to see children aroundWheelchair accessibility: A bit tricky for wheelchair accessibility but I’m sure it could be done!”

“Went during off hours, place can get large crowds so we avoided that. Food was worth the price and plenty of it for what you pay. Make sure you check out the gift shop. Lots of cool little things. Atmosphere was great love the old county farm look. Customer service was great as well. Nice place to visit.Parking: Lots of parking with overflow across the street.”

“I'm happy this place is tucked away, because it's such a gem and I don't want it to get any busier than it already is! Great food selection, awesome beers on tap, and there is always something going on weekly, like trivia and music. “My wife is a "cupcake expert" (she has a PhD in cupcakery..heh...) & she says that the ones from Frost This are THE best! Super nice people, too. If you stay to eat, they also have toys for kids to play with. Me, I like the chocolate chip cookies. 10/10 on both quality of the cupcakes and the customer experience of going there. Food included chips and guacamole, the best, along with chicken soup(mmmm), tacos and a carne assada plate. Steak was quite tender!!!Vegetarian options: veggie taco was loaded and delicious. Chicken taco also stuffed, not skimpy like some others.”

“The Bantam Grill is hands down one of the best (if not the best) restaurant that I’ve been to in New Hampshire! This cozy, unassuming Italian/American eatery feels like the perfect combination of upscale restaurant and local pub, with extremely polite and friendly waitstaff, as well as a bartender who should be working in NYC at an upscale cocktail lounge, because the two drinks that we had were unlike anything my palette had ever tasted before. The buffalo cauliflower appetizer almost had me fooled it was a vegetable, and the house-made raviolis melted in my mouth so well I swore I was in Italy. I will definitely be recommending the Bantam Grill to anyone looking for food in the Southern NH area, never mind Petersborough, this place is worth the TRIP!”

“Have visited several times living in the area but our most recent lunch with our of town family visiting was incredible! Our food and drinks for lunch were top notch and our Server Kelsey was amazing, she was very friendly, personable, attentive and made our experience even better. Kids options were awesome delicious and big portions, flatbreads and appetizers delicious again great portions. Burgers are awesome as we've tried those on a previous visit. Drinks were amazing highly recommend the espresso martini or any drink on the menu. “These soups are amazing! They are all uniquely flavored and it is easy to tell they are made with healthy ingredients and lots of care. Rachel also makes other items to go along with the soup at times. I have had the scones, pop-overs and mulled cider and all were fantastic. I highly recommend these soups. I have never had one that myself or family members do not like! It is a hidden gem for soups.”

“This is a quaint little place! They are never super busy in house, but they do A LOT of take out! The food is clean tasting with plenty of it. So far, there is not a long wait from thr time you order to the timethe food arrives at the table. Well worth the money and trip!”

“Food was great - we've always loved Grappelli's, even more so with the new owners. We had the Pizza of the Month and it was so tasty! However it was our first time dining in, and I was a little disappointed for the following reason - we had our 10-month-old daughter with us, and as it turns out, Grappelli's isn't so family-friendly. We had just driven an hour to meet family for lunch, and we immediately needed a diaper change. I headed back to the restroom to find no area to change my daughter. Thankfully, I had a changing pad in our bag, and changed my daughter on the bathroom floor (yuck). We came out from the bathroom to sit down for lunch, and unfortunately no highchairs were available. The food was awesome, but the dining-in experience left me not wanting to return because I felt it was not baby-friendly! Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. Just a heads up to anyone with toddlers/babies!Kid-friendliness: Not baby-friendly.”
