“My wife is a "cupcake expert" (she has a PhD in cupcakery..heh...) & she says that the ones from Frost This are THE best! Super nice people, too. If you stay to eat, they also have toys for kids to play with. Me, I like the chocolate chip cookies. 10/10 on both quality of the cupcakes and the customer experience of going there. Highly recommend.”
“Always amazing food, prices are market competitive, and we always see great people here. The staff are wonderful and so accommodating!Try the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit “with everything”, or truly anything else- you can’t go wrong! Lattes are 10/10 as well. They have great seasonal flavors and always quality ingredients for all their items.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options and you can customize your meal if neededDietary restrictions: A lot of accommodating options for most food restrictions. Just ask the staff and if it can be done, they’ll make it happen!Parking: About 10 spots directly outside with another 10-20 or so available for overflow across the road in two different areas. We’ve always found a spot during the week even when it’s busy.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly- they have high chairs and are happy to see children aroundWheelchair accessibility: A bit tricky for wheelchair accessibility but I’m sure it could be done!”
“I am not yet a member but I am planning on joining. I loved that they have a separate smoking room. Most posts still allow smoking. Also the regulars were welcoming and friendly. And inexpensive drinks and a pool table are nice to have.”
“Great Food. We order often (every week) and never have had ANY issues.Call ahead 30-40 minutes, as they get busy and it's fresh food!!!They also have great yummy little treats in the back fridge that are always worth looking!!!!!Bon Appé”
“A true hidden gem! The staff were warm, attentive and helpful with questions. The breakfast menu is absolutely amazing. The breakfast tacos and lemon berry french toast were fabulous. My favorite is the Llapingachos, an incredible flavor combination that is perfectly executed. I highly recommend Hilltop Café and look forward to bringing more friends and family to try this wonderful restaurant.”
“My rueben was great. Balance is the key, and their sandwich had the 4 ingredients in perfect balance. The Mr enjoyed his chicken pot pie - forewarning, the top crust is fried, okay with some people, not with others. End of day, food on the floor under our table, and the containers on the table (sugar, etc.) could use a wash. For now, I'll attribute that to end of day...”
“My friend and I went on Good Friday for the first time in years and we had a lovely meal and a lovely time. The food was delicious and the waitress as friendly as ever. I don't know her name but it was nice to see her again-she always has a smile. The new tree library was great fun. We're making plans for a return trip soon. Thank you for the birthday present.”
“Such a delightful place! Cozy, comfortable atmosphere; immaculate with friendly service & hot, fresh food! We had the 3 piece chicken tenders & the veggie burger with fries. Simply delicious!Vegetarian options: The veggie burger was so delicious!”
“I don't give anyone 5 stars but this place was that good. The food was fresh and made while we waited, no microwave here. The bartender knew what she was doing and made fabulous drinks. The service was impeccable and the music in the background was so good you want to sing along which one of the waitresses would occasionally do. Fantastic experience, great food and drinks. Sorry we waited so long to try it.”
“Visiting from Canada and stopped in for dinner. Milford looks like a beautiful little town. Haven't had Haitian inspired food before but everything was really tasty and fun to try some new flavours. Staff was attentive, and all in all a great meal.”
“Lovely atmosphere, great breakfast sandwich. However the dirty chai was the worst I've ever tasted...extremely bitter and grassy..so I'll be staying clear of that in the future. Wish they had some more non-coffee options. Definitely will ”
“One of my favorite local coffee places whether I’m meeting friends or clients. It has a great ambience and vibe and the staff is very courteous and welcoming. They have a great variety and selection of coffee and teas, and the breakfast sandwiches are fresh and delightful. Good coffee can be hit or miss but this place gets it right! The upstairs is spacious but cozy with various table sizes or settle onto a couch. The background music is vibrant, but low-key, an excellent, added touch!”
“Went during off hours, place can get large crowds so we avoided that. Food was worth the price and plenty of it for what you pay. Make sure you check out the gift shop. Lots of cool little things. Atmosphere was great love the old county farm look. Customer service was great as well. Nice place to visit.Parking: Lots of parking with overflow across the street.”
“This was a delightful surprise! We were in the mood for soft serve, and Google suggested we give Sundae Drive a try. The quality and number of choices were both excellent!”
“This place is fantastic. It is hard to find a spot in New Hampshire that offers such a simple yet complex meal that is absolutely delicious. This is a restaurant that cares about the details of everything in-house. Josh, thank you for the great experience!”
“What a hidden gem! We recently tried this place for a weeknight date on a whim! The dining room is immaculately clean, as are the bathrooms. The atmosphere is so cozy, with the roaring fireplace, fresh flowers on the tables, and real candles. We weren’t rushed and the staff were attentive and kind. The food was excellent! We tried a few appetizers and my husband’s baked haddock with broccolini was outstanding. Don’t skip the chicken tenders…they taste freshly breaded and remind me of southern style similar to Zaxby’s, but better! I also tried a side of Mac n cheese and was so impressed that it wasn’t soggy, freshly cooked pasta with a homemade cheese sauce. We also found both the food and our bottle of wine to be very fairly priced. We can’t wait for our next visit!”
“Amazing breakfast! Have yet to have a bad meal here- pancakes, compost heap, benedicts are all great. Servers are attentive and keep the coffee flowing. Best to get there 5 mins before they open because there's always a line within 5 mins after they open. Guess it shows how good it is when you have a wait right after opening, but the wait is worth it”
“Incredible food, extremely large portions, the staff is extremely kind and we received our food so quickly. Hands down my favorite date spot and the best Mexican food I have ever had!”
“Great service. Good food fast. I was in a time crunch and it was perfect! Matt was training I think and he did a great job! They were down a staff person and kicked butt!”
“Love this place! The very definition of mom and pop business - 2 Mexican people who like food and people are always there, ready to prepare some tacos or enchiladas. They've got very reasonably priced food and drink, and everything tastes great!”
“Everything is so tasty. Good prices nice clean place nice servers. Everything all awesome place.Parking: We went to front they had no parking, but we drove to back they had plenty of parking.”
“On a busy Saturday, they were straight out, but food and drink were great! They were on top of it! We had the top shelf margies, , yummy and a good pour. Food included chips and guacamole, the best, along with chicken soup(mmmm), tacos and a carne assada plate. Steak was quite tender!!!Vegetarian options: veggie taco was loaded and delicious. Chicken taco also stuffed, not skimpy like some others.”
“Great everything!! Owner and staff are some of the best. Never had bad service , all the dishes are great! The owner is a real stand up guy and comes out to talk with the patrons. My favorite place to be!”
“I love the crust! When we are ordering pizza, Pizza Roma is always the first choice for take out. The specialty pizza selection offers some unique choices. We have tried several and haven't been disappointed! Chicken Bacon Ranch is a personal favorite.”
“The subs at Moulton’s rock. The Cossack is my current fav. Just awesome. And, truthfully, enough for two people for lunch (or one for a hearty dinner). Also, I can highly recommend their baked goods. LOVE the blond brownies! Expensive, but top quality. Definitely recommended.”
“(5 stars only for high end) This is a hometown, wear your jeans kinda place, with good, reliable food. 4 stars is highest compliment. Great family runs the place and they hire nice, competent people. Try the Big Mac pizza. It sounds weird but it delicious!”
“Great in & out joint to stop by and grab a sub or pizza to go.Food is made to order (suggest calling ahead 15-20 minutes) as it can get busy around lunch time.Located inside the gas station convenience store.Parking: Typical gas station style parking lot, plenty of additional parking at the back of the lot.”
“Food was good, they were short staffed, pleasant folks. Loved the "flight of salsa" , All salsas were delicious. The staff that was there took good care of us.”
“We dined at the Mile Away for Valentine's. It was delightful and delicious. I had the beef and my wife had the salmon. Desert, carrot cake and lemon mascarpone cake was very yummy.”
“Bailey was our lovely server. I went with her suggestion. We enjoyed our Champagne and beer along with a scrumptious, salmon, salad and smash burger! Yummy!!Your restaurant is quaint and cozy, loved the bathrooms! Check out the mirror upstairs with the quote from Bob Marley. Downstairs is gorgeous and can’t wait to come back and sit by the river outside.Thank you ? for a perfect lunch!”
