This spot is good for a casual lunch or dinner out. Greeted and seated immediately. Madison was our server and she was great. Hubby had the Oval burger which was good. My lamb burger was delicious, though the tzatziki sauce was a little thin for my taste. It was good just not thick enough. The bun to burger ratio was a bit off. We stumbled in here trying to find a different "603" restaurant and were blown away by the food! Totally unassuming place and was so beyond pleasantly surprised. Can I just say #1 was just that every SINGLE dish we ordered was HOT! Grill 603 is my go to restaurant. Food and service is always excellent. Great outdoor dining patio. Grill 603 serves just possibly the best seafood in NH. Plus, the owner always greets diners to insure that their experience is perfect.
