“I think the soul of great food is in the flavor. And today i had the best, most soulful taco experience in my whole, long life. The Tacos De Choripollo Plate. Honestly an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Complex and masterfull plate of 3 packed servings of slow-cooked pollo and chorizo tacos. Juicy, meaty, tangy, aromatic, and bountiful flavor That and the corn chowder with a touch of heat, a bit of lime and jalapeño. Combined with an amazing and friendly staff. A beautiful family. This establishment is the rarest of the rare. What an experience!”

“Food is excellent. The complaint is to sit for a few moments and chat prior to ordering is rather uncomfortable. They definitely want to turn over tables and get you fed and out quickly. So not the place to go with a friend or family to socialize and have a bite to eat. Been there often enough to conclude. Other than that very excellent service, clean piping hot food! Recommended.”

“Really good chicken cutlet sub. Toasted sub rolls, drive thru pickup window. Also had spaghetti with meat balls and sausage, comes with garlic bread and salad, really good. Fast service at the drive thru window, order ready a bit early.”

“as if the food and the drinks weren't already incredible I think my favorite thing about this entire experience was the server/bartender timothy carr (tim) not only did he handle multiple tables drinks and serving food all on his own but he spoke to me and served me in a way where he didn't make me feel like a customer he made me feel like I was one of his friends even though we have literally just met. by far one of the nicest servers I have ever met in my entire life and will definitely be returning sort of for the food but mostly because of him and if this man has not been promoted or he has not received a raise I really think he deserves it”

“Stopped in labor day weekend...right before the parade. Staff was very friendly and helpful! There were 6 of us. They made sure our 2 dairy free's weren't mixed up with regular. Their Key Lime Pie ice cream was very good. The Golden Berry was one of the best dairy free ice creams we have ever had. It had real strawberries and golden oreos. We will definitely be back!”

“This was our first visit, and as people who travel all over trying different hot dog spots (and tend to be tough critics), we were beyond impressed! The hot dogs themselves were absolutely delicious, with incredible flavor. The homemade buns were perfectly done — soft, fresh, and the perfect complement to the sausage. The toppings selection was fantastic, making it easy to create the perfect dog. On top of that, the service was outstanding. The woman working was so kind and even took my daughter on a little tour of all the shops, which made the experience extra special. We’ll definitely be back!!”

“Buffet is only open Thursday through Sunday from 12-noon till 2pm these days. It was my go-to place for great food at affordable prices, but unfortunately after Covid they vastly reduced the buffet hours. It used to be open from 11am-3pm every day of the week! But no longer sadly.

That said, they still have great food with decent portion sizes, the atmosphere is still amazing, and the staff are still super friendly, but I only really go here for the buffet since everything else on the menu is rather pricey by comparison. Still highly recommended though!

If you manage to get the lunch buffet, prices are about $15-$20 per person, but if you're ordering dinner then prices turn into roughly $20-$30 per person.

Also, they only accept card if you pay at least $20.”

“In my many decades I have made much sushi myself, and had much take-out sushi. Today I ordered 7 uramaki for take-out from Sake House. ALL 7 rolls were stuffed into a plastic container in the way you expect sardines to be stuffed into a container. What maroon doesn't know that sushi rice sticks to everything, including itself? Separating the pieces was a nightmare. Never again will I buy from, or recommend Sake House. What a disgraceful mess for this take-out. Only a disreputable establishment doesn't care how they present their food. This had to be eaten with a fork in stead of chop sticks. This place is a complete disgrace. But there are many sushi places around Milford that may be honorable. Sake House is definitely not. Go ahead. If you have money to burn, find out what take-out from this place is like. Just don't share with friends and family if you care about them playing a positive part in your life.”

“We just hosted a surprise birthday party at Giorgio's in Milford. Everything was great from start to finish. The planning process was straight forward, the events manager was easy to work with and responded quickly to my emails. The space itself was the perfect setting for our 30 guests, the food was delicious and the service was stellar. I would highly recommend this location for any function or party.”

So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. It's not often you see acts of kindness like that, and it was greatly appreciated ?”
