“Tried Zizza for the first time this weekend and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered a large pie with pepperoni and onions. The sauce, dough, cheese, and toppings were all fantastic. Cannot speak on their other toppings and sides but I judge pizza joints on their pies. Will definitely be back. Service was great as well.Dietary restrictions: Offers Gluten free options.“
“We had a very intimate bon voyage to our mother in Milford. We had to plan from another state but Jordan’s assistance helped us in making the best choices for our party. The service was amazing and our servers approached each guest with such respect. The food was amazing! Thank you for helping us honor a wonderful mother.“
“A nice surprise in the cute town of Milford, right downtown on the oval. We have eaten here twice now, with friends, and had a good experience both times. When you walk in it looks like just a joint for the locals to drink beer and watch sports, which it is, but so much more. The building is old, and odd, with two kitchens. One for the pizzas and calzones, one for everything else. Some days of the week (like the first time we visited) only the ‘za & ‘zone kitchen is open, so the menu is quite limited then. This just provides an excuse to try the pizza, which is excellent! Nice thin crust with some char, and just the right amount of fresh, flavorful toppings. On the second visit one of our party got a pizza (still excellent), and the rest of us dove into the main menu, full of fairly traditional, and uniformly well-executed Italian options.Everyone was happy with their choices. And then there is the beer! This place must have a big brewery hiding in back, because the list of their own house-made styles covers both sides of a page. We are fans of darker ales, like brown ales, porters, and stouts, and we found the choices on that end of the scale very satisfying. But don’t fret, if you’re one of those IPA loving people (ya weirdos) there are plenty of choices for you too. Even some sours for that crowd. If you like beer with flavor, you should have no trouble finding something to enjoy.Desserts are good, but mostly standard. Tiramisu, chocolate lava cake, and the like. Yawn. Go for the dessert special, if there is one, it’s sure to be something unique and yummy.Service is good. The staff is friendly and efficient and knows the menu. No complaints at all.The atmosphere is kind of local sports bar-ish, with a few TVs in the bar area and a huge projection screen in the main dining room. The second night we visited the screen disappeared midway through our meal and a band began setting up on the little stage in the corner. It was a cold night and we had to put our coats on to finish eating because the band made about 35 trips in and out getting their equipment. This is one of those places that I wouldn’t go for the atmosphere (I don’t give a hoot about sports), but I will continue to return for the food. The Pasta Loft is a bit is a sleeper. Based on the impression you get when you first walk in, the quality of the food and beer will surprise you. Milford is lucky to have an unpretentious, quality watering hole like the Pasta Loft.“
“Do you love a good meatball sub? I do. And I love love love Marc’s. The meatballs are beyond compare. Seriously awesome. The waiting time can vary, so order ahead if you can. Sometimes Marc needs to make more meatballs, or whatever, and there can be a bit of a delay.Insider tip: Their large subs are ginormous, so be sure you know how big they are before you order one!“
“I don't give anyone 5 stars but this place was that good. The food was fresh and made while we waited, no microwave here. The bartender knew what she was doing and made fabulous drinks. The service was impeccable and the music in the background was so good you want to sing along which one of the waitresses would occasionally do. Fantastic experience, great food and drinks. Sorry we waited so long to try it.“
“Great Food. We order often (every week) and never have had ANY issues.Call ahead 30-40 minutes, as they get busy and it's fresh food!!!They also have great yummy little treats in the back fridge that are always worth looking!!!!!Bon Appé“
“Wish I had tried this place a decade ago! Absolutely blown away. From the outside area you wouldn't expect such a gem hidden right there. Linen tablecloths, quiet, candle light, its the cute spot from the movies and with really delicious food!“
“Wow! If I could give 10 stars I would. Hands down best pizza I’ve had! I absolutely loved walking into Gustos and seeing the huge pizza oven right there. It was a cozy yet modern atmosphere. With such a cute little store! I got the margherita pizza and four cheese. The cheese is so delicious. You can just tell it’s quality made. To top it off we had some of their homemade gelato! The strawberry tastes just like fresh strawberries. All of this wrapped up with the kindest people I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with.“
“It was such a pleasure to happen to stop here. We had no idea how pleased we would be. We dine out often sometimes several times a week. This was by far THE BEST experience we have had in years!!! From the greeting at the door to the exquisite atmosphere, the service and of course the food! All surpassed our expectations. Our waitress Pauline was experienced, polished and knowledgeable. Her suggestions and information about the menu were insightful and therefore helpful. We had stopped for a quick lunch but long to come back. The restaurant has a lovely small bar and an interesting drink menu we look forward to experience one day. We had the ElGrecco salad w/shrimp and an Italian sandwich that was magical in flavor!I would give you 20 ? stars if I could. The menu is wonderful with the perfect blend of Greek and Italian flavors!“
“I only gave 4* for the food because I've only been able to have limited type so I haven't experienced a lot of food there yet. I'm sure 5* when I do. I really like the people at milano's. I haven't eaten an awful lot there but what I have had was good and I would absolutely order again.“
