I think the soul of great food is in the flavor. And today i had the best, most soulful taco experience in my whole, long life. The Tacos De Choripollo Plate. Honestly an 11 on a scale of 1-10. Complex and masterfull plate of 3 packed servings of slow-cooked pollo and chorizo tacos. Juicy, meaty, tangy, aromatic, and bountiful flavor That and the corn chowder with a touch of heat, a bit of lime and jalapeño. Combined with an amazing and friendly staff. I recommend the chicken wings & street corn only because I didn’t have a big appetite. But I highly recommend the Taco’s De Quesabirria 🤤 just make sure ur really hungry for this dish because it’s that good. Now I’m spoiled by this place🤌not going anywhere else when I want 🌮🌮.
