One of the best I've been to. Everyone was polite and courteous. Service was fast. Everything made right. People behind the counter actually seemed like they wanted to be there... unlike some DD I've been to...
Whatever you order on the App, 50% of it being right,70% chance of being ready.
Ordered Pumkin Spice Latte, and apparently a show. One employee was hustling, but not quietly vocalizing his displeasure at the speed of his colleagues. Another colleague was not so quietly vocalizing their displeasure of him complaining and to relax.
All around management issue, whereas the one efficient employee should perhaps not act as he did, and his colleagues should be as proficient as him, but also learn communication skills.

Dunkin' is a typical fast-food chain with average quality. The location is good, but lacks outlets for laptop use. Staff is kind and considerate, even when out of items. Coffee drinks and breakfast sandwiches are alright, but some menu items are unclear (like the sourdough sandwich). Prices can be high. Despite this, the location is a convenient spot.
