I want to make it clear that it's now a Bj's Property Farr's Famous Chicken and that's what I'm not recommending. The food is not hot and not as good as it was last year (under the previous management). Who knows how long it was sitting in the back, but I knew with how fast it came up that it was not cooked to order. We first discovered Farr’s chicken last summer, and fell in love. When we heard they were switching ownership we were hopeful, because they were keeping the menu and recipes. Unfortunately this summer, we didn’t have the best experience. Staff is very unfriendly, and do not look happy to be there, they were short, and rude and annoyed by every question asked.
Got some takeout from Farr’s today and the overall experience was less than satisfactory - especially with them being not at all busy.
Staff pleasant enough but not remotely knowledgeable regarding the menu and how food is prepared. Guess they put cheese on everything by default? Only one cook seemed to know what he was doing. Staff frequently on phones and vaping. Just got a bad vibe. Nothing like the old days folks…
