This is our new favorite “go to”. We started going here about a year ago and have not had a bad meal yet! Great bar atmosphere. Dave is the best!!! We have met some great people there on Friday nights. Highly recommend giving it a try.
We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. I ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection and tasted incredible. My boyfriend opted for the braised short rib, which was equally delicious. The service was exceptional, with a friendly and attentive staff that made us feel very welcome. We were treated exceptionally well and plan to return for another date night.
A delightful surprise—Hagan's exceeded all expectations. We are local but never visited before, unaware of the ample parking tucked behind the building. What a pleasant discovery!! Portsmouth's dining scene is woefully uninspiring lately—too many pub-style menus, too few memorable meals. But Hagan's stands head and shoulders above the rest.
