Consistently poor service, teenage boys who don't care about anything and no manager present. Every single time I get home my food is wrong cold or missing.
I think I am done with McDonald's. Certainly the one in Hampton. Back in Nov I pulled up to the drive thru about 11:45 pm. Sat there for 5 minutes or so waiting for a voice to take an order. No voice. So I spoke to the mic, no response. There was a black pickup behind me. Drove around to the window and there was a car waiting for food. They got it and drove off.
