Loyal customer before they moved from Portsmouth to Hampton. In my last 5 visits I have been brought WRONG FOOD. This last experience I thought was a joke. Asked for manager and out came person who was responsible for incorrect order from past. Out of 5 times deliverying wrong food they offered to fix order only once. Charged full price every time. So much wasted time. Most recently I waited 25 mins for incorrect order and offered no apology! OVER PRICED!!! AVOID
This is the first negative review i have ever left for anyone, usually i keep my mouth shut and never return but my experience left me pretty angry. Yesterday my daughter and i went for the first time after hearing good things, and left after an hour hungry and irritated. It was close to twenty minutes after seating ourselves that anyone brought us a menu and took our order. After ordering chicken tenders and fries, it was another forty five minutes before watching a group...read full review
