We went for the soft opening luncheon and it was terrific! Michael and his staff did an outstanding job hosting and serving our party of 15. The renovation is beautiful, the food was delicious and we would highly recommend this scenic Inn to all who happen by there.
Stayed at the Hancock Inn briefly during our ski trip to Crotched Mountain - it was a great experience and I highly recommend staying here! It was very close to the mountain, about 15 minutes away. Within the inn & the surrounding area, you really felt that old New England town feel - very quaint and cozy. Without sacrificing any of the modern amenities, either - we had all we needed with a nice hot shower, TV, coffee machines, etc. What puts it over the top is their complimentary...
There are too many good things about this very special place to list. But here are just a few: the owners, the vibe, the high standards for literally everything, the in room fireplaces, the personal attention, the cuisine including the best ever breakfasts (that are included), the always above and beyond (e.g. they took all the snow off our car in the parking lot early in the morning after a storm, the owners made a delicious three course dinner for guests who couldn’t get to...
