Wish I could give this a zero. Words cant describe what a cold egg sandwich with cold bacon jam, un melted cheese and an untrusted bagel tastes like after you pay 6 dollars for it. Will not be returning

I was recently a customer at this Dunkin and all I can say is the level of professionalism and “homelike feel” this place brought made my day. There was one girl, Stacy, who was moving around coving all stations, helping her team where it was needed, and at the same time kept a happy smile on her face. When she needed a co worker to run to the back she asked in a kind way where the co worker was quick and happy to help. This kind of team work, and communication between workers made for a very enjoyable visit. I can’t wait for my next trip up to see this wonderful team and all their smiles

Most importantly, as some other people have said, they are not good about watching what type of milk they put in their drinks. Of the last 5 or 6 times ordering a drink made with oat milk we have gotten regular milk in the drunk or regular milk mixed with oat milk.

Don't expect to get donuts after 4:30pm or so. I have seen them throw away all of their donuts close to 5pm.

The staff seems hit or miss with their attitude (more miss than hit).

The interior is clean and the parking lot has good space to it.

Most weekday mornings there is a drive-thru line back to the street.

Fast, good service. I saw a man order a blueberry coffee with 15 cream 12 sugars and the cashier didn't bat an eye. If that isn't professional I don't know what is.

I came through the drive through 9/20 around 2:00. I asked for a refresher to be tweaked to how I like it. The voice of the girl waiting on me came across rude and with tone. I told her I have ordered this before and she said I don’t know who would have done that for you! I should have said someone who wants to keep their customers, but I thanked her and drove away. I will not be back.

Sour dough breakfast sandwich was terrible..
Bread was not toasted. Egg was barely warm and had 3 little pieces of bacon in a clump on one side. Bacon was not cooked well..
I won't go back!

Never ends, staff conplaining about customers. You all can not get an order right. When they finally get good help , they yell and be little them in front of customers. Your staff make faces at customers , speak rudely . I've just about had enough.

Horrendous donuts, I ordered Maple Frosted, didn't check order until after I left, opened box it was a Honey dipped donut with melted Maple frosting, and I mean melted. I thought well I'll try it, took two bites, what a mess!! So drove back to store to get them replaced with something else. They wouldn't replace because I had taken a bite! Seriously?! I told them give me two Chocolate glazed, which another girl handed to me and then tried to charge me for two more donuts! I couldn't believe it, I gave one back and walked out. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, STAY AWAY!!!

An employee was very rude to me and my friend and another customer after the door was locked and we went to the drive thru and knocked on the window. The employee opened the window and then said we needed a car and when we said we did not have one, she just closed the window on us.
