Lovely looking little restaurant but the food is terrible! I didn't expect it would be up to NY or Boston standards but it was truly awful. This wasn't the waitstaff's fault however. Daniel's Restaurant & Pub is located on the banks of a river, offering a beautiful view, especially in the fall. The restaurant is suitable for various occasions, including family dining and accommodating neurodiverse individuals. The menu has plenty of options, catering to vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions. It also offers a kid-friendly menu and is wheelchair accessible with an elevator. The staff, including the waitstaff, are friendly and attentive. Visitors often enjoy the cozy atmosphere in winter and the scenic beauty for leaf peeping. The river view outside adds to the charm. The food is acceptable, with some dishes like nachos being great, but overall, the quality can be inconsistent, with items like steak and shrimp scampi sometimes tasting off. Service is generally professional and very nice, though the wait for food can be longer than expected. Parking can be challenging during busy seasons. The drinks, including mixed drinks, can vary in quality, possibly due to a new bartender. Overall, Daniel's Restaurant & Pub offers a scenic and accommodating dining experience with friendly service and a cozy ambiance.
