Tooky Mills Pub Reviews
Looking for a place for a drink and an appetizer on our way home from NY. Found this place off of Google Maps. Almost missed it from directions, but glad we didn’t. It was Valentine’s Day and crowded. We sat at the bar and received excellent service from Sara and Jess. The food and drinks were so good, I ordered more. Thanks for making our stop worth the detour!
service was great. food even better. definitely see a visit in my future.
took my family for dinner Saturday night. the server was Jess. she went above and beyond for my daughter. we recently found my daughter has cancer and cannot have soy. Jess checked the ingredients on a few of the things she asked for to make sure there was no soy. Jess was extremely polite and professional. to go above for us not knowing the situation was heart warming . thank you Jess

Tooky Mills Pub is a popular local spot that consistently receives 5-star reviews. The servers are friendly and attentive, providing great service even during busy times. The menu offers classic pub fare, including tasty turkey sandwiches, Chipotle Wings, and a well-prepared Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Customers also enjoy the large burgers, fish sandwiches, and a hearty clam chowder. New favorites include French Onion soup and the incredible Cabbage Roll Soup, which many say they could go just for that. The pub’s small-town charm is enhanced by its history, as the building was once a sock factory, with old photos and artifacts displayed on the walls. While the atmosphere is welcoming, it can get a bit loud due to its size. The convenient side street parking is helpful, although it can be a challenge during busy times. Whether for a sit-down lunch or spending time on the patio in the summer, Tooky Mills Pub is a great choice and is considered Hillsboro's best eatery. It's advisable to call ahead, as it is always busy, but worth the wait.
