My wife and I love this place! If you are looking for a small, cozy, town restaurant, look no further than Hollis Country Kitchen. We've tried the breakfast and dinner menus, and both are equally great. Inside seating is limited, and in the morning, there can be a wait, but during the warmer months, you can sit outside in their garden area. Not their fault at all, but service can be a little bit slower due to staffing issues. I don't bring this up as a reason not to go though, just to forewarn that this place isn't necessarily somewhere to go for a "quick meal." If you have the time and want a great meal, this is the place to go!Parking: Due to their location, parking can be tough to find on busy days. I think there's an additional parking lot in the back, but not positive of that. Parking in front only has about 10-15 spots, though, so you may need to be patient on busier days like Sunday mornings.

Friendly staff, food was good but on the salty side. The atmosphere/ambience is nice and cozy. Good place to relax and enjoy your meal. The kitchen is on the slow side so if you are in a rush, pre-order online or call ahead.

Favorite breakfast spot! Cozy, yummy food. Line at door moves fast. Country atmosphere but just down the road.

When we first walked in there was a sign saying We apologize for the wait we are short staffed. But, we were seated happily in less than 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and pleasant and the food was incredible!!! We all got the corned beef hash sizzlers and the only thing you heard was, mmmmmm thissooooooo good! Very reasonable prices. Coffee was excellent and bottomless. See you soon Country Kitchen.Thank you for a great breakfast!

Excellent food and service. That are a classic feeling older style restaurant complete with wooden benches in the outside wall. Seating is slightly limited but worth some wait for. We are convinced their bagels are homemade from the excellent style and quality. The smoked salmon eggs benedict was absolutely a great choice to try.

I really don't understand why people complain about the slow service, isn't it better to be slow but fresh and hot than fast and cold?? I dunno but my experience was great here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. There was ample parking and the restaurant looks like a nice cozy home from the outside. Lets get to the food... Steak tips-Steak was cooked to perfection, medium and it was very tasty. I really enjoyed it paired with the eggs. Breakfast burrito- Was really good and we picked ham as our meat and they really stuffed the burrito to make sure you wont go hungry lol. My daughter really enjoyed with bacon with scrambled eggs.. The service was fine with us and we didn't think it took a long time for our food to be served to us. Anyhoo I highly recommend this spot for breakfast.

A friend and I were in the mood for breakfast food. He had been there before but I hadn't. The place is very small and not fancy. More importantly, the food and service was good.

A Charming Breakfast ExperienceI recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming breakfast spot, and I must say, it was quite an experience. The quality of the food is truly excellent, and the ambiance adds a unique touch to the meal.Upon arrival, I was greeted by the staff, who were pleasant, though perhaps not overly enthusiastic. Nevertheless, their service was adequate, allowing me to enjoy my meal without any major hiccups. The highlight of the restaurant has to be its enchanting outdoor seating area adorned with an abundance of beautiful flowers. It provided a serene and visually appealing backdrop for my breakfast, making the overall dining experience more enjoyable. However, it's worth noting that this delightful experience comes at a price. The menu can be on the pricey side for breakfast options. While the quality justifies the cost to some extent, it may not be the ideal choice for those seeking an economical morning meal.In conclusion, if you're willing to indulge a bit and savor a memorable breakfast surrounded by natural beauty, this restaurant is a great choice. Just be prepared to pay a bit more for the privilege.
