My wife and I love this place! If you are looking for a small, cozy, town restaurant, look no further than Hollis Country Kitchen. We've tried the breakfast and dinner menus, and both are equally great. Inside seating is limited, and in the morning, there can be a wait, but during the warmer months, you can sit outside in their garden area. Friendly staff, food was good but on the salty side. The atmosphere/ambience is nice and cozy. Good place to relax and enjoy your meal. The kitchen is on the slow side so if you are in a rush, pre-order online or call ahead.
