“By far the best Dunkin’s I have gone to. The staff are friendly and courteous! Orders are always done how it is asked. From the friendly voice in the box taking your order and wishing you a nice day/in the morning saying “good morning, how can I help you”. This goes a long way in today’s world. Most of the time ordering, it seems we are an inconvenience to show up and order. However not here! Other Dunkin’s stores should pay attention to this one and see how they have the right flow and can see the staff work well together.“

“Clean resteraunt and quick service. The person I was with had no complaints at all, but I found my cofee to be on the watery side for some reason, and the other person said they agreed on tasting it. Still, wouldn't hesitate to visit this Dunks again.“

“Got the order correct this time. 50/50 shot when you order on the App. Zero customer service. Wanted a tray and there was no one at the counter to ask. They were all around the corner complaining about something. They should have a manager or supervisor at the counter making sure orders are correct. Let the employees make they food. My headset went out with no knowledge to me . if it wasnt for an amazing customer letting me know i would have been in trouble all night. However things did turn around. “Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting.
There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware.
I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived. My second 🥈 visit, I just had a coffee ☕ with five Munchkins. It was Dunkin' but I liked both.
If you like Dunkin', or Dunkin, or Dunkin Donuts, then I recommend this one.
