Neat old building that’s on the National Register Of Historical Places and their Eggs Benedict was delicious. So many old items to look at. The service was friendly and timely. Would definitely go back.

The avocado salad I ordered consisted of rotten eggs, watery oil instead of Italian dressing, expired avocados and weird metallic tasting bacon. I'm not sure why this place gets so many positive reviews.Take a few photos of the outside and skip this food!

My daughter and I ate at Roots for our first time recently. I ordered eggs Benedict and my daughter had a hamburger. My daughter said it was the best burger she’s ever had. My eggs Benedict was super delicious. The staff is very warm & friendly. I highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast & lunch (I don’t think they serve dinner)!

If your expectation for a small town breakfast stop includes fresh, delicious food with courteous service, Roots won't meet but will exceed those expectations. Sean is the epitome of what one can hope of a server: knowledgeable, welcoming, and purely enthusiastic. The food was amazing, but don't miss out on the sweet potato kale hash. It would be hard to leave hungry. The coffee is fresh and the varieties many. Atop that, there is free WiFi and a Pokémon Gym. Not sure we could recommend this place any more than we do.

Was so looking forward to my BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger at my lunch break, and was disappointed once I opened the box, no caramelized onions, no bacon, some tomato, lettuce and the burger patty that was it, all for almost $15.

We enjoyed our first restaurant breakfast in nearly a year at Roots on a Thursday morning and it was fantastic! The corned beef hash is definitely fresh and homemade and the egg scrambles are delicious. Everything is accompanied by a side, or on some plates, a mountain of home fries, which were some of the best we've ever tasted in a restaurant; crisp on the outside and well seasoned. We will be returning!
