Service is slow, lack of effort from the staff, and unfriendly, not personable staff.
I have tried Lakehouse 4 times and every time I leave disappointed. Do not waste the time.
Fair warning to any of my friends interested in eating at the Lakehouse Tavern. Worst dining experience I have ever had. We arrived at the restaurant at about 1:30 pm. We waited in the waiting area for about 10 minutes before someone would even acknowledge us. When finally greeted the hostess ROLLED HER EYES when we said we did not have a reservation. Mind you I had looked at their website online before hand and making a reservation was not required. We waited another 5 or so...read full review
Extremely appalled at the way we were treated tonight by the owner/manager, after a returned meal that tasted like the shrimp had gone bad was not taken off the bill. I sent the meal back not expecting to have to pay for it and ordered something else. Both meals were on the bill the owner/manager ripped the receipt out of my hand and said “don’t bother coming back” when I told him I wasn’t paying for the one I sent back and didn’t eat.
