Had 15 children along with their parents at a local facility today. When placing the order told them it was for a children’s party and they stated they were familiar with the venue and deliver there often. Children finish party activities and come to the tables for pizza, cake, etc. No sign of Domino’s in sight. We call and were told they accidentally put it in for 12:45 am instead of 12:40 pm. Did an online order prior to Thanksgiving. Sent several messages to corporate office as my order did not get to destination. Was contacted by manager at this facility as they should have handled order. He stated it would be handled. As of today. No refund to my credit card and the surprised gift was never delivered.
