The pretty redhead is always so efficient and quick to run to help. She always has a smile and makes me feel welcome every visit. I’ve never had a bad drink made by her. My favorite barista!
I was at the drive through and having trouble with my Starbucks App. I had questions about my point eligibility and some points expiring tomorrow and Chris was being so patient and didn't make me feel like I was holding anyone up. It seems businesses care more about money these days, but customer service matters and should be held in high regard!

My last two visits to this location weren’t great. It can be frustrating to order and pay for a drink twice and have the ingredients for it not be available. I wonder if it’s an issue with not marking things out, but I would expect this to be caught before I pay.My main reason for writing this is that I was charged more money than I should’ve been on my latest order.
