Food was good, but the service was subpar. Felt like every single person was on their first day. Was not busy, in fact I think we were one of the first customers of the day and no one really knew what to do. My biggest gripe is the lack of cleanliness. The lobby was covered in trash and dirt and the drink area was a mess and some of the tables needed to be washed. Again...this was when they first opened and they were not busy. I will not be going back to this location.

Went in today and a customer ahead of me was being quite rude and recording staff. Employees handled the situation with grace, beautifully deescalating what could’ve been an ugly situation. My food was also spectacular.

Went there today after pumpkin fest. It’s what you expect from a Chipotle, but what really blew me away was that they had normal tomatoes and normal corn!!!! No nasty onions. I could cry with joy right now. I’m sure this was only temporary for one reason or another, but I wish it would be permanent.
