They've been short-handed lately. Many options are often not available, and even less options on the app, so if you want more choices get in line instead. Staff is usually distracted because they are prepping, but are friendly. Overall, the site in Keene needs cleaning, yeah in the barrel outside often needs to get changed as it will be falling out of the trash can, and improvements inside could be made too, right down to more regular table cleaning. I write this review, to hope it improves! I will happily bring my business back, once it improves. I went 4x in one week. So not bad luck or anything!

Food was good, but 3/4 times rice was not fully cooked and still crunchy. Everything solid though.

Service is bleh, some people have been nice, others have been quite rude and not listening to what you ask. I’d be ok with worse food, If I was treated nicely!

At first I was put off by the counter person but then I realized she had ear buds in and didn't hear me. It was order online only. When I saw her about to make my order, I approached and talked to her. I'm gluten free because it makes me really sick so I asked her to change her gloves before starting my meal. She smiled and said no problem. She cleaned off the counter completely and then put on fresh gloves. Every precaution was taken that she had at her disposal and...
