“It was the worst experience of my life. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before they even waited on me. I ordered a hot tea w cream and sugar. First of all they charged me for a large coffee. Then the girl said she didn't know how to make a hot tea??♂️ so the other girl heard her and started making fun of her instead of helping her. So I had to walk her through how to put a tea bag in a cup with water

“This Dunkin is nice. It does not have a drive thru, but the staff is very friendly and they work very quickly. The line can get long in the mornings, but they seem to deal with the lines very well. This is my go to Dunkin when I am visiting Keene.“
“I’ve had a generally good experience at this DD. The staff is typically friendly, and the coffee and food are usually prepared pretty quickly. While some reviews seem mixed, I’ve found it to be a reliable spot. That said, the drive-through line can get extremely long at times especiallyin the morning, so I tend to avoid it during those peak moments. Overall, it’s a nice place to grab a quick coffee or bite when it’s not too busy.
