Starbucks in Keene

“After reading a lot of bad reviews, I wanted to add my take. I’ve only been to this Starbucks once (passing through Keene), but the service was excellent. The baristas were friendly, attentive. The atmosphere was inviting. I spent a couple of hours here using their wifi. I noticed an earlier review about a racist attitude from an employee. Of course, i can’t say since I wasn’t there, but the crew at this Starbucks was diverse and seemed to treat everyone well. I saw no long waits. The drive-thru window was bustling with people picking up their orders quickly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.“

“To Starbucks employees have to work really hard. It's like a never ending line of work. I couldn't do it. I appreciate that they do it for me. I always leave a tip. I've had friends that worked there in the past and There's like a strict set of rules, You can't be late or you'll get fired. So I like to let them know I appreciate them and the work they do. I especially appreciate whoever shows up in the morning and opens it. Goodness knows if I couldn't get my coffee I would be very sad.“
