This is literally the worst dunks ever. As if being harassed for months on end by one of their employees for calling to complain about an extremely rude interaction wasn't bad enough.... today I waited 12 minutes for 2 hot coffees- 1 black 1 regular. regular tasted like sour milk and the black hot coffee was ice cold and full of coffee grounds.... I've only given this location a few tries after the psycho employee (name David- younger college age kid) literally got hold of our names and number and was terrorizing us online and by phone.... And EVERY SINGLE TIME it is like "did I really just waste my time and money again?"Never going here again unless they change management.

This place is horrible, they give you attitude when ur making sure they got your order correct, and then once they say they got it right they end up giving you the wrong order. i asked for a medium iced latte with 3 caramel swirls and 1 french vanilla, they gave me a medium iced latte with 4 caramel swirls. i then asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese they gave me a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. it’s not that hard.. i used to work at dunkins as well, it shouldn’t be that hard to get an order right. and this sure isn’t the only time it’s happened at this dunkin.

Waited for 10 minutes when they were open there was no sign that they were doing drive through only there was one girl that looked at me than walked away and did it three times there wasn’t a sign saying drive through

Horrible wait time. If the woman in the window goes to the bathroom the service stops completely unless you Tap on the window and ask for your one singular coffee. Not sure what the strategy is here but it is awful. Both dunkins in Kingston need a reset.
Absolutely worst service. Not only did they get my whole order wrong, after I repeated it twice at the speaker in drive thru, and again when I got to the drive thru window. Both woman were wearing their street clothes. I will never gp there again .

By far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve gone to. The kid with the big gaping earring holes has a bad attitude and needs it adjusted. Then the three fat girls just sit there and talk trash about customers.then the manager of Patty well she’s a clown herself. I’ve put in multiple complaints to cooperate about this location with zero response.. stood in line one time for 12 minutes waiting for a medium iced coffee. My sandwiches came out in about two minutes and then waited another 12 for my one coffee and then when I asked about it, I was given an attitude mind you they were pumping out peoples coffees who were standing in line behind me. spend your money at a different Dunkin’ Donuts!
