This is literally the worst dunks ever. As if being harassed for months on end by one of their employees for calling to complain about an extremely rude interaction wasn't bad enough.... today I waited 12 minutes for 2 hot coffees- 1 black 1 regular. regular tasted like sour milk and the black hot coffee was ice cold and full of coffee grounds.... This place is horrible, they give you attitude when ur making sure they got your order correct, and then once they say they got it right they end up giving you the wrong order. i asked for a medium iced latte with 3 caramel swirls and 1 french vanilla, they gave me a medium iced latte with 4 caramel swirls. i then asked for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese they gave me a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. it’s not that hard.. i used to work at dunkins as well, it...read full review

The lady who was helping me was very rude and snappy and was insulting me to her coworker right in-front of me. Calling me all kinds of names while she made my sandwich. Unprofessional and should not be working in customer service.
