Wow, how does a place like this even allowed to stay open? They don’t make your drinks right they don’t make your food right and they make you wait 20 minutes just to get everything all the employees bundle up near the cooking ovens and chitchat while customers sit there waiting for someone to take their order. Then once you get your water, the food is disgusting and the drinks are completely messed up. This has happened on several Occasions as to why I’m leaving...read full review
Donuts as expected. Had to order on the kiosk, no one available at the counter.
Had to wait 15 minutes to get a coffee that I ordered on my phone about 5 minutes before I arrived. I wasn't in the drive thru but still.

Dunkin' has freshly brewed coffee, but the service can be slow. There have been instances where flies were seen on the donuts in the open display case, which may be a concern for some customers. The manager has been overheard using profane language towards employees, which may not be perceived as professional.
