“The people at BeanTowne Coffee House are absolutely amazing they all go out of their way to accommodate you and to ensure you have a great day! After moving to Hampstead, I have made it my go to coffee place as they are nice, understanding, and put customer service on the top of their list! They have wicked good cold brew and lattes! They have the BEST homemade pumpkin chocolate chip muffins too. Thank you BeanTowne for being such a a great local coffee shop!“

“I was getting gas this morning and let Honey Dew Donuts Hampstead’s fresh aroma of breakfast overwhelm me and I gave in to one of their amazing country breakfast burger. I also gave the breakfast bites a try (also delicious) and got a PERFECT large blueberry green iced tea with two lemons - didn’t need any sugar it was juuuust right. Both staff members were attentive, patient and friendly - like to the point I noticed, which is unusual. I always watch customer service interactions - the day you stop learning is the day you start dying. The gentleman that made my sandwich handed it to me and told me to have a great day - and to drive safe. Who does that anymore?! Huge shout out to Karen and Adam for (as always) putting great people at the front of your business to make people feel welcomed ❤️“

“This is by far my favorite Dunkin’s I’ve ever been to (I’ve been to a lot)!! Service members make it the best- everyone is very kind and quick. The woman who speaks through the drive thru genuinely makes my day everyday!! She is always very positive, has a bright and happy tone, and has genuine interactions with each person. They’re always very fast and apologize even if you didn’t have to wait long. These service member’s kindness and positive energy deserves them a raise!“

“Great coffee, amazing food, super friendly staff!“

“Now that Drop Cafe is firmly established, and doing such great things, this is my second review: Drop Cafe is my favorite cafe, hands down. That’s in comparison to a lot of great cafes on the east coast, west coast, Europe and the Middle East. Drop Cafe does it like no other! And is right here in Haverhill MA!“

“Went for the first time yesterday. I got the Loaded 125 and it was AMAZING! Everything fresh and it the Skyline sauce was perfect . Coffee was delicious as well! I’ll be back today“

“LOVE this place. Staff, food and coffee all top notch.“

“very impressive establishment and fabulous staff! we love coming here“

“Every donut I have from Lowes is the best donut I have ever had, every time. They did amazing custom donuts for my son's birthday, and every employee I have met (owner included) is so nice!“

“Such a great family place for breakfast and lunch. We love celebrating as a family and having business lunches here! Kind, efficient staff!“

“Food is always great, but the last few times I've ordered there have been missing items. I was reimbursed for missing items from my last order, and given a $20 gift card to use on my next order. The gift card code I was given was invalid. It's just these little aggravations that make me not want to go back.“

“Always delicious! Mediterranean bowl is my favorite“

“Classic Diner that’s far above average on all accounts! You will not be disappointed 🤠“

“Wow! Before moving to Florida, I was a DD addict!! Not anymore!! DD actually sucks!!! Best dark roast, awesome friendly customer service and fast to boot!! Thank you to both of the awesome guys that waited on me….. I’ll be frequently visiting till we leave to go home…God Bless you ☕️❤️“

“All around great food, feels like homemade. Some great Asian dishes too! Highly recommend!“

“Been to a couple different locations many times. They have a large menu and have not been disappointed with anything I have tried yet. You can find basically anything you want, a healthy salad, indulgent Mac and cheese, breakfast burritos, sandwiches, smoothies and more. I have tried a lot of different items and can’t find any complaints. Definitely going to be a regular stop because they have a convenient drive through as well.“

“OMG STOP IT !!! I have lived here for 22yrs and I haven’t had a decent pizza and I thought I tried them all. WELLL, I’m here to tell ya this pizza is near perfect and I say “near” due to a slight adjustment on the pepperoni (if you please). But geezaloo I’m not goin anywhere else. I’m 100% Italian I make my own bread, desserts pasta and PIZZA but not anymore. Grazie Mille River Street Cafe. ❤️“

“Amazing food and service. Convenient location. Definitely my new favorite breakfast spot!“

“Clearly a wild concept for the previous reviewer, but this cafe expects customers to order something if they’re going to occupy a table and use it as a coworking space. Shocking, I know.

Coffee is excellent, staff are always polite. I live downtown and come here often. Will gladly return and continue exchanging money for goods like an adult.“

“We go to Heav’nly 1-2 times a week. Great staff, always gets our order right! They’re the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“I'm regular at this Dunks. the coffee is always fresh. great staff. clean, all around great location.“

“Excellent place to slow down and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. The food is yummy and they are open to working professionals, coffee dates with friends, PA students, etc. Family run and always look to give back to the community!“

“We go to Heav’nly 1-2 times a week. Great staff, always gets our order right! They’re the best! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“All the coffee and pastries are delicious and service is fantastic! The cutest local coffee shop and ice cream place. Just got an almond joy latte and it is delicious! Also highly recommend the lemon bar!“

“Fabulous gem!! Support your local business and stop in here for coffee and food! Many breakfast items and sandwiches and so many great coffees. Gluten free menu is great! 👍“

“Coffee Coffee is the tops. The coffee is outstanding & it's a place where anyone can feel at ease. I've moved away, but I still dream of & miss this place. It's got so much heart...rare gem.“

“Ordered an espresso shot this morning with a side cup of ice that should cost about 50 cents but got charged over a dollar for it ( the cup of ice) . My big and I do mean big gripe is . I got a cup of coffee and it was called espresso . Nope very unhappy with this Dunkins today . Do me dirty once and I never go back . Sorry not sorry . But I guess I should have known that it wasn’t an espresso since it only took a quick walk over to make it . Lesson learned . Poor very poor .“

“I love coffee ☕️. Period. But have to say if there is an Aroma Joe's around, I'm going there first. Near my home in Wells, ME snd near my house in Methuen, MA in the Salem, NH line. If you like coffee, they have every combination going, even though I like just pure coffee!“

“I love my DD ice coffee but I just ordered 2 sandwiches (mobile) with walk in pick up. Got home and the eggs and sausage are missing from one sandwich (so it was bread and cheese) and the other sandwich had an inch of pesto in it (when the sandwich isn't suppose to have it). I tried to call but no answer. Crazy as it wasn't busy at all.“

“Bagels size is getting smaller, whats up with that Dunkin. Smaller than a plain donut!

Parking: I drive truck and its hard to find a Dunkin that trucks can park off street, But this Dunkin has a big lot in back of store where trucks can park off street, Awesome just Awesome“

“I stopped by Kung Fu Tea at the Rockingham Mall and honestly had such a good experience. The drinks were delicious, perfectly made, and the staff was incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked up to the counter.

I ended up getting the Mango Green Tea, and it was to die for! If you’re not sure what to order, can't go wrong with that.

Also, shoutout to the super cute server, Mariko working when I came in — she was really friendly, patient helping me choose my drink (She recommended the Orea Wow for my next visit!) and had such a positive energy that made the whole visit even better. You can tell there is an actual care for the customer experience here.

Definitely one of the best spots in the mall when you need a drink break while shopping. I’ll absolutely be back!“

“Love their flavored iced coffee and scones! Their hardworking staff is always warm and welcoming, it’s my before-work pick-me-up. 👍🏻👍🏻“

“Yummy donuts 🍩 and great service“

“I like the outdoor patio ;)“

“Always love dunks. Yessa always one of my destinations when I leave the house.“

“This place has helped me so much with my new lifestyle! From the owners to the staff, they are all great! We love all the different drinks. My son and I go there at least twice a day, sometimes 3 :)“

“Service was great, very hot coffee and the toasted everything bagel was very nicely prepared and presented in a thermal bag to keep it warm. A great stop!“

“Keri was amazing very good customer service“

“This is a review of the Wicked Good Coffee location inside the Klemms Mobil on Policy St, off of Rt 38, in Salem. If you're tired of the DD offerings, do try this coffee, pastry, and breakfast sandwich spot as it is superior. The coffee is hot and fresh. The breakfast sandwiches blow away anything offered by DDs. My favorite is the sausage, egg, and cheese on a plain bagel. It is made with a fresh egg and the bagel is also soft and fresh.“

“It was a great experience“

“I toggle between Dunks. Somedays I use this store location. Mike is always on top of things and gets the orders right. He definitely hustles far more than the other guys. The week morning crew is very understaffed for the amount of customer and foot traffic which comes into that location. I gave Three Stars for atmosphere bc it always seems to be chaotic with a lot of customers standing around waiting for their orders. Five Stars for Mike.“

“It is a nice.place to work.I enjoy my job and the customers I have gotten to know.“
