1st time! fun and delish!!
Great coffee. Service a bit slow
I am writing about the great service I received from the Starbucks on Main in Haverhill. Lizzy is one of the best in customer service that I have seen at a Starbucks. On Saturday, August 8th it was clear that employees called out because there was only 4 people on the floor and one of them was clearly new and had no clue what to do. I’m talking standing room only. The staff goes above and beyond to make customers feel good, with some even remembering regular customers' orders and preferences.
