I have to admit, when a friend suggested going, having read about them on a healthy no seed oil website, I was dubious. Now I’m almost afraid to recommend because I want to keep it to ourselves! Not only was the food high quality, fresh, made with culinary pride and skill, and insanely delicious, the service, attentiveness and personal care they provide was like being in a Michelin Star restaurant. Tucked quietly away in a 280 year old building - the warmth, energy, and history can just be felt in its welcome - this the place to go for a super special dinner or. Tails, or just to spend good time with friends.

Great place for fun cocktails and delicious appetizers. Must haves are the frosted flakes chicken tenders, parmesan risotto, and the Thai chicken sliders. I have a lot more to try and will be back. Service is always wonderful. I love that they get creative with their offerings to match the seasons.

After many word of mouth recommendations, today was our first visit to Rick’s. We are new to the area but I wish we knew about this place a long time ago!!
French onion soup, quite possibly the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Ahi Tuna tacos were simply amazing. And the Grilled Cheese with short rib was equally outstanding.
Easily rivaling the food was the service. All of the staff were very warm and friendly. Our server Andrew was not only extremely good at what he does but his personality really stood out as well. You couldn’t ask for more.
In case you can’t tell, my wife and I truly loved our experience here and will definitely be repeat customers. If you haven’t been here yet you need to put it on your list of places to go. You won’t be disappointed!

Just enjoyed an amazing meal! Started with lobster baked oysters and escargot. Both exceeded our expectations. We then shared a bowl of the seafood chowder that tasted amazing! My husband enjoyed the smothered tenderloin tips and I loved the baked haddock. I ate all of my haddock, while my husband brought home half of his meal. The cocktails were amazing, I only wish I could remember the cool names. The espresso martinis were some of the best we have tasted. Great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We love Rick’s!

This place was amazing. I ordered the mahi mahi plate with all its delicious fruits. I would give the place 5 stars except... their menu is online only. Very modern yes but a bad call for encouraging good date habits. My date had left their phone in the car, and I considered doing the same but chose to silence mine instead. We are way too dependent on our phones these days and my date and I agreed that we want to disconnect from them more. And to challenge the problem further, my phone didnt have reliable internet service, and the restaurants tablets werent working online either, so we had to use the waiter's phone. Is online menus only, really the way to go?

Most dishes have bacon & cheddar cheese on them - heresy w/good seafood. Huge tv screens w/sports does nothing for ambiance and the staff sprays chemical smelling aerosol on the table right next to us while we were eating ( who uses aerosols anymore ?)
