Once upon a time Annie catered my wedding. It was brilliant. Years later my wife asked her to make a carrot cake to help me celebrate a landmark birthday. Initially Annie said ‘no’ because my wife asked at the last minute and she was extremely busy… but she had a change of heart and went in on her off day to bake just for me. Thank goodness!
