My boyfriend and I went into the Derry location on Wednesday night. We mentioned to our waiter Andrew, that a few weeks ago we were in. We didn’t think that our double points were applied to the paybacks program. He looked into it for us. Turns out, the double points were not applied. He mentioned it to the restaurant manager and had the points promptly adjusted to our account. Thank you Andrew. We appreciate you

Cactus Jack's Grill & Watering Hole is a fantastic spot with a great bar serving delicious blackberry lemon drops. The food is generally good, with some of the most delicious food ever, including fabulous burgers and fries. The buffalo sauce is the best, and the chicken is crispy and moist. Drinks have free refills, and there are free chips with delicious dipping sauce as a pre-meal custom. The staff are doing an awesome job, and the service is excellent. Despite a brief detour to another restaurant, Cactus Jack's still holds a special place in the hearts of regular customers.
