This is by far my favorite Dunkin Donuts ever!!! I'm 57yrs old so I've been around some and again everything is wonderful from the staff to the cleanliness, options worked out directly and correctly every time!!!

Always friendly and always quick to smile when I get there

Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker and they do have a sharp corner in the handicap ramp but seems easy enough for me to get up to the door

It's dunkins. The new design is cold and not inviting. The coffee is very tasty, and I prefer it over Starbucks. But you pay Starbucks prices but get an atmosphere that is not inviting.I would be more accepting of the higher coffee prices if the atmosphere was more inviting. But I pretty much only get dunkins when on the go as a treat. Plus, the new rewards program is not as good as it used to be.As far as chain coffee shops go, I prefer the flavor of a dunkins coffee...
