... Why did it take so long?
Came through drive thru on my way to work last night was in a bit of a rush so I wasn't sure i was going to have the time glad I did though the service was much quicker than I anticipated and the cashier Michael who took my order was very friendly speedy and full of positivity left with my coffee food and a great experience. This Dunkin has gone down hill recently, the last 3 times I’ve went they’ve forgotten food. The quality of the food they push out has gone down hill drastically. Today was the last straw we ordered per normal and they forgot our ham Swiss rolls, there was no bacon on our loaded has-browns and way to much cheese and a sandwich was burned.

Parking can be full at times, but customers have not reported issues finding a spot.
The restaurant is known for its friendly service and quick order completion. However, there have been inconsistencies in staff behavior, with some days featuring attentive and outgoing employees and other days where staff seem disinterested and neglectful.
The young man who takes orders is extremely pleasant, friendly, and efficient. He even gives customers a "good looking" (senior) discount without having to ask. It is a pleasure to stop there and see a person who likes their job and enjoys helping the customers.
