I love curry. You can't find good curry around here anywhere. Someone suggested I try Mimi's. Oh my gosh. I was not disappointed. The chicken curry is the best. Love, love, love.
When stopping in Lancaster MiMi's Takeout is absolutely worth checking out. We first tried her amazing Thai dishes when she had a booth at the local Farmers Market. They were so delicious that when we were driving through Lancaster on our way to Pittsburg the following year I took to the internet to try to figure out if she was a local restaurant and how we could sample some more of her dishes. We first ran into these folks in the park in Gorham. The restraunt is in Lancaster. The food is always good and more then generous portions. If your unfamiliar you can taste test anything. I'm hopeful for there success so they can get some indoor seating.
