U so door dash and when I arrived I got ignored so I reached over to check the bag and the little girl told me not to do that again. I was I. There for a good 20 minutes and she told me they were out of a drink that my customer wanted so I had to text my customer and ask her if she wanted something different which she said that was fine so they had to rip open the bag and take it out. Take her donut out and put the drink in another bag will come to find out they didn’t have that drink and then they had what she really wanted so I just said yes put it in the bag I need to go I’ve been here like 20 to 30 minutes now and I said I have other peoples bags in my vehicle which is food and it’s getting very cold because I have to wait on you She was rude.

I usually get munchkins every other weekend for my grandkids. This day was no different. Placed my order on the kiosk. Several other customers who came in behind me placed orders. Took almost 20 minutes to get my order, meanwhile those that came in behind me placed and received their orders before me. Not until th 3rd time where I had expressed my dwindling patience did I finally get my order. Yes, they were busy but nonetheless 20 minutes to get a 50 count box of munchkins is unacceptable!

Dunkin has the worst donuts around. Unfortunately they have convinced ppl their donuts are good. There is no competition around here for them, if a real donut shop opened DD would be in trouble

My husband and I stopped here and I wanted a pumpkin flavor hot coffee which I was so thinking forward to! It was disgusting burnt tasting just gross! We waited forever for our stuff and It showed on there computer screen our oder was ready, I went up to get it and I had gotten my coffee and I just asked about the rest of my order and this one coworker a guy remark well ITS NOT DONE YET! In a rude way, and I said oh ok it just had said it was ready then he said well it's not always right ya know! Horrible attitude! Wish I got his name. We will never be back to this location ever!!!

Main St West Leb NH. Took nearly 25 minutes to go through the drive thru to pick up a mobile order! BIG MISTAKE to think it could be a quick pick up! At one point no cars moved for 7 minutes! But a worker had time to stand out back and smoke! This location is the WORST!

The guy working the counter was very polite and friendly.
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been waiting in the drive through line for over 20 mins for a Mobile order. Even if the line is backed up inside and out they continue to accept orders from customers which then slows down their business even more. They then become short and crabby with customers because they are trying to keep up with the orders they created. Instead tell the customers politely that they will have to wait a few mins so you can catch up. It didn’t used to be this bad when the store manager chet was there.

I come here often and am not the type of person to leave reviews but when I get my food and it’s not hot at all especially when I walk in and there isn’t a single customer. I feel like it was rushed for no reason. Have some pride in the product you put out whether it’s Dunkin Donuts sandwiches, or an over priced prime rib. Lucky for me I have an air fryer. Took about 3 min. It would also be cool if you didn’t just throw my sandwich into the wrapper with the top of my croissant folded in half. Thank you sir’s and ma’am’s
