Forgot my donut, hash browns are terrible and smells like piss in there

The young man working the drive-thru on Fri April 11th has the patience of a Saint! I over explained a request because it was 4:30am and I was sure I didn't say it right, I got to the window and realized I forgot to order one of my drinks, AND I dropped a straw on the ground. Instead of coming through the window swinging, which I would have 100% understood, he politely took care of me and told me to have a nice day. Thank you very much!

My daughter and I went through the drive thru and only 2 young girls were working, it was around 230 in the afternoon. They both hustled, apologizing for the wait, as they worked here for only 2 1/2 weeks each. They were smiling and trying to be positive. They did a great job for being new. I gave them a tip for their hard work.

Went through the drive through and tried to order. The first person put a coffee with peppermint swirl and I wanted the latte. Then a lady proceeded to come on and start yelling at me saying they could not understand me rushed my incorrect order and I didn't even get to order the rest of what i wanted. Terrible terrible service.

Orders show up on screen as ready, but take 15 plus minutes before they are actually ready. Will be complaining to corporate about this.

My lady ordered a medium iced coffee with no sugar and cream only. What she received was a medium hot coffee with 3 sugars 3 creams. The complete opposite of what she ordered. The line dragged on for about 10 to 15 minutes. Terrible nonsense 😒 🙄 😑 😪 😕 😤

Pretty typical New England atmosphere. Though I must say these hard workers excel in just about everything else. In my opinion this is the best dunkin for miles.
Parking: They don't have any bike rack, but it was fairly easy to find somewhere to park my bike nearby.
